Robert Ezra has over 35 years practicing law within the Apparel and Textile Industry, and unique insight into the disputes plaguing it. He has represented hundreds of garment and textile manufacturers; salesmen; designers and retailers; factors and institutional lenders in every aspect of the industry, including company formation; international transactions; and shareholder, merchantability and retail disputes.
Bob has been a principal in several garment manufacturing companies, including playing an instrumental role in the growth, acquisition and fulfillment strategies of a clothing supplier with $80,000,000 in annual sales. He understands the real life issues that apparel businesses face, and serves on several industry association boards of directors, including the California Fashion Association, the California State Bar Advisory Committee and Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, and is a member of Southern California Mediation Association.
